We engaged JC Developments to demolish and re-build / extend our house in Wolverley, Worcestershire. We reviewed the project with several builders and received a range of prices and proposals of which JC Developments were middle ground.

We chose to work with Jim because of the approach he took in offering various options to complete the project, spending significant time guiding us through the pros and cons of each and ensuring we were comfortable with our decisions. In addition, because of Jim’s project management background with large construction companies, it gave us confidence in selecting JC Developments to deal with any build challenges that came along, especially in restricted planning areas and in our case rebuild after demolition. Jim worked with us to satisfy local authority demands and used his extensive network of contacts to solve technical issues, in particular the roofing complexity of our design and structural calculations. Key contacts included advice from John Parsons using his many years in the industry to help us all make the right decisions. 

The main reason our project was successful is the fact that Jim worked with us from start to finish and beyond, giving advice on the build and numerous construction and aesthetic changes along the way so we ended up with the home we wanted.

​HWFRS engaged JC Developments Ltd to extend the current car park at their Service Headquarters to accommodate Place Partnership Ltd.
 
The project was time critical and had to be worked around a busy carpark. The team from JC Developments worked well and efficiently on numerous areas around the carpark including excavation of a large area. This was carried out in a timely, safe and clean manner, followed by installation of a large area of block paving. At all times the works were carried out in a safe and considerate manner and no times were the operations of the carpark impeded in any way.
 
Jim and his  team worked hard to ensure that the project was brought in on time and to budget, providing solutions to any problems that occurred and we would have no hesitation in engaging this contractor again in the future.

JC Developments replaced a flat roof on our large 1930s house with a pitched roof.  After seeking quotes from various local builders we chose JC Developments because they showed a very good understanding and knowledge for the project and were competitively priced.

As well as a new roof the whole of upstairs was refurbished to a high standard.  Since our original project a year ago, we have since used JC Developments again to refurbish part of our downstairs which again was done to an excellent standard.

We really enjoyed working with the team at JC Developments and have recommended them to friends without hesitation.  We look forward to working with them again in the future.
