James Parsons
Director
James is a BSc Hons graduate in Construction Management at Salford University, from where he went to work for Sir Robert McAlpine as Site Engineer and Section Manager on prestigious projects including the British National Library at Kings Cross and the £250million West Quay Shopping Centre in Southampton.
James returned to Worcestershire to work with his father, John, at the latter’s thriving house-building company which operated in the West Midlands for 30 years.
After seven years, James took on the role of Project Manager with a Bristol-based contractor, overseeing the successful refurbishment of Oxford Train Station, before setting up
JC Developments in late 2007.

John Parsons
Consultant
John has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years, and is a long-standing member of the Chartered Institute of Builders. John ran his own successful house-building business for more than three decades, and he now works with JC Developments in an advisory and technical capacity, using his many years of industry experience.
Clive Bishop
Site Foreman
Clive had been working with JC Developments as a sub-contracted bricklayer for over two years, before officially becoming a member of the team in late 2014. Clive has 25 years' experience in the building industry and uses this knowledge to help run site-specific projects.
Corinna Parsons
Office Manager
Corinna joined the company in 2012, and provides administrative, marketing and sales support.
